The insurance industry is a complex and ever-changing sector of the Canadian economy with many stakeholders. Recently, Concerto helped bring certainty and clarity on the industry to the Canadian Independent Adjusters’ Association (CIAA) through an innovative project. By conducting a comprehensive study of stakeholder perceptions, Concerto provided the CIAA with key insights that helped the association establish its strategic priorities. The project was managed by Concerto Research Director Clay Olsen and the results delivered by Partner Rob Dawson in a day long strategy forum that brought representatives from every facet of the industry together. The work was featured as the cover story in the CIAA’s national magazine.
