On Dec 14, 2011, Partner at Concerto Marketing Group, Rob Dawson, was invited to speak on CKNW AM 980′s The Simi Sara Show in light of Concerto’s latest research study, The Community Trust Report.
Simi was keen to explore how individuals come to develop trust in their community.
The Community Trust Report was completed by Concerto Marketing and Research Now, and explored the topic of community trust in public institutions and political leaders. It involved online surveys with 1500 people from Toronto, Montreal and Vancouver, and used a proprietary model (HuTrust) to measure the psychological drivers of trust.
