On Dec 15, 2011, Partner at Concerto Marketing Group, Rob Dawson, was also invited to speak on The CKNW Morning News with Philip Till for an interview about Concerto’s latest research study, The Community Trust Report.
Rob provided a brief summary of The Community Trust Report findings with a focus on the benefits of trust and on the different trust scores between Vancouver, Montreal and Toronto. He also compared measures for each city’s police department and NHL hockey team.
The Community Trust Report was completed by Concerto Marketing and Research Now, and explored the topic of community trust in public institutions and political leaders. It involved online surveys with 1500 people from Toronto, Montreal and Vancouver, and used a proprietary model (HuTrust) to measure the psychological drivers of trust.
